Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your My subscriptions page or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly fees for a month already started are generally not refundable.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, or charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund the extra amount in full.
• If we are unable to deliver the service you paid for, we will refund the fee for that period.
• One-time project fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we allow a 2-day grace period. After that the service may be suspended until payment is made. Your data is kept for a reasonable period so you can resume.
